Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped. Please email
abayaghithaa@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.
If your order has already been dispatched, it will fall under our Return & Exchange policy.
Key GCC Compliant Conditions:
Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order.
Refunds for cancelled (unshipped) orders are processed within 7–10 business days to the
original payment method.
Ghita Abaya reserves the right to deduct processing or payment gateway fees if charged
by the bank.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
At Ghita Abaya, your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns and exchanges within
14 days of delivery, in compliance with regional e-commerce and consumer protection laws.
✅ Eligible Items:
Must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Return must be initiated within 14 days and received by us within 21 days.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or made-to-order abayas
Items with missing or detached tags
Items showing signs of use (perfume, stains, tears)
Clearance or promotional items marked final sale
📦 Return Process:
1. Email abayaghithaa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will confirm the return address and conditions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship via a trackable courier at your cost.
4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
💸 Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14
working days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as a store credit or bank
transfer, depending on region.
⚠ Note:
For Buy 1 Get 1 Free or bundle deals, the full set must be returned.
Refunds may be adjusted if free gifts are not returned.
🔄 Size Exchange
We offer one-time complimentary exchange for size or design (equal or lesser value) under
these conditions:
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange item must be returned in new condition.
Customer pays return shipping; Ghita Abaya covers re-shipping cost within UAE (other
GCC countries may vary).
Subject to availability.
🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Ensuring the item is securely packaged
Paying all shipping and customs/duties (if applicable)
Using a trackable courier
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
