Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped. Please email
abayaghithaa@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.
If your order has already been dispatched, it will fall under our Return & Exchange policy.
Key GCC Compliant Conditions:
 Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order.
 Refunds for cancelled (unshipped) orders are processed within 7–10 business days to the
original payment method.
 Ghita Abaya reserves the right to deduct processing or payment gateway fees if charged
by the bank.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
At Ghita Abaya, your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns and exchanges within
14 days of delivery, in compliance with regional e-commerce and consumer protection laws.
✅ Eligible Items:
 Must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged.
 All original tags and packaging must be intact.
 Return must be initiated within 14 days and received by us within 21 days.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
 Customized or made-to-order abayas
 Items with missing or detached tags
 Items showing signs of use (perfume, stains, tears)
 Clearance or promotional items marked final sale
📦 Return Process:
1. Email abayaghithaa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will confirm the return address and conditions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship via a trackable courier at your cost.
4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
💸 Refunds:
 Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14
working days.
 Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
 If paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as a store credit or bank
transfer, depending on region.
⚠ Note:
 For Buy 1 Get 1 Free or bundle deals, the full set must be returned.
 Refunds may be adjusted if free gifts are not returned.
🔄 Size Exchange
We offer one-time complimentary exchange for size or design (equal or lesser value) under
these conditions:
 Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
 Exchange item must be returned in new condition.
 Customer pays return shipping; Ghita Abaya covers re-shipping cost within UAE (other
GCC countries may vary).
 Subject to availability.
🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
 Ensuring the item is securely packaged
 Paying all shipping and customs/duties (if applicable)
 Using a trackable courier
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
